Ingredients
Green Beans Ingredients:
- 1 lb green beans
- 4 –5 strips bacon cut into pieces
- 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
- ½ onion chopped
- ½ tsp celery salt or to taste
- 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1 Tbsp T.O.F Original Seasoning
- 1 tsp Better Than Bouillon chicken or vegetable base
- 1 cup water adjust as needed
- Pinch red pepper flakes optional for heat
Potatoes Ingredients:
- Red potatoes cut in half
- Salted butter
- Fresh garlic minced
- Shredded parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley
- Lemon pepper seasoning
- T.O.F Original seasoning
Method
Instructions for Green Beans
- Cook bacon in a large skillet or pot until crispy.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in green beans, water, Better Than Bouillon, ranch seasoning, celery salt, red pepper flakes and T.O.F Original.
- Cover and simmer on low until beans are tender (about 20–25 minutes for fresh beans).
Instructions for Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Wash and cut red potatoes in half (or quarters if large).
- Boil potatoes until fork tender.
- Remove and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season with lemon pepper and T.O.F. Original.
- Melt butter, add minced garlic, and brush garlic butter over the potatoes.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle Parmesan, and fresh parsley on top. Bake for another 5-10min.
