Green Beans & Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
  

Green Beans Ingredients:
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 4 –5 strips bacon cut into pieces
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • ½ onion chopped
  • ½ tsp celery salt or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp T.O.F Original Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Better Than Bouillon chicken or vegetable base
  • 1 cup water adjust as needed
  • Pinch red pepper flakes optional for heat
Potatoes Ingredients:
  • Red potatoes cut in half
  • Salted butter
  • Fresh garlic minced
  • Shredded parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley
  • Lemon pepper seasoning
  • T.O.F Original seasoning

Method
 

Instructions for Green Beans
  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet or pot until crispy.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in green beans, water, Better Than Bouillon, ranch seasoning, celery salt, red pepper flakes and T.O.F Original.
  4. Cover and simmer on low until beans are tender (about 20–25 minutes for fresh beans).
Instructions for Potatoes
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Wash and cut red potatoes in half (or quarters if large).
  3. Boil potatoes until fork tender.
  4. Remove and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Season with lemon pepper and T.O.F. Original.
  6. Melt butter, add minced garlic, and brush garlic butter over the potatoes.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan, and fresh parsley on top. Bake for another 5-10min.
