Method
- Slice tomatoes evenly into medium slices. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Season tomato slices lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning to create an egg wash.
- Dip each tomato slice into the egg wash, then coat in Traces of Flavor Fish Fry. Shake off excess.
- Let coated tomatoes sit for 5–10 minutes (this helps the batter stick).
- Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry tomatoes until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with aioli.

- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, and T.O.F Original seasoning.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Chill for 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.
